processing times: please allow 5 business days for us to fulfill + ship your order

local delivery: we offer free local delivery within manteca, ca (zip codes 95336 + 95337). deliveries will be made on saturday mornings, provided your order is placed by the end of day the sunday prior. if for any reason we are not able to deliver on saturday, your order will be delivered on the thursday or friday prior.

candle information: soy wax is a natural ingredient and does not always behave when the candle is curing. while we make every effort to make our candles as beautiful and perfect as possible, there are some times that the wax will not cooperate and create a frosting effect on the top of the candle, or create a "wet spot" where the wax pulls away from the vessel. while these are not preferable, we do ensure that these anomalies will not make any difference in the way your candle burns or smells. 

we give a size guideline on each candle to reference the minimum amount of wax your candle will contain. since each candle is hand-poured, we do sometimes make miscalculations on the amount of wax. we will never under pour your candle, but sometimes if we melt too much wax, you may get an extra full candle with an extra ounce or two! (our loss is your gain)

satisfaction guarantee: it is always our goal for you to love what you purchased. we highly encourage you to read the descriptions on each fragrance before purchasing. at this time, we cannot accept any refunds due to COVID-19, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us so we can try to make it right.
